BilloBot, the Billora assistant available 24/7
BilloBot answers your questions about Billora at any time, including at night and on weekends, in French, English or Arabic. It relies on the help center, presents what's new and, in the app, also answers about your account depending on your subscription. When it doesn't know, it offers to forward your request to the team.
BilloBot is an automated assistant (AI), not a person: it can make mistakes.
What BilloBot can do
Answer your questions about Billora
Creating an invoice, handling VAT, understanding subscriptions: BilloBot looks for the answer in the Billora help center and shows the source pages.
Answer you in your language
Ask your question in French, English or Arabic: it searches the help center in that language, answers in that language and offers the transfer to the team in that language. Arabic is displayed right to left.
Present what's new
Ask it what has changed: BilloBot knows the latest Billora versions published in the changelog and sums them up for you.
Hand over to the team
If BilloBot can't answer, or if you'd rather talk to a person, it offers to forward your request to the team, who replies by email.
Follow you on the web and on mobile
BilloBot is on the website, in the web app and in the Billora mobile app: on a phone, it has its button in the middle of the tab bar and gives the same answers as on the web.
In the app: answers about your account
Once you're signed in, BilloBot can also answer about your company's data. These answers come in three levels, included or not depending on your subscription. If an answer isn't included, BilloBot tells you.
How many documents you have
How many invoices, quotes, purchase orders, credit notes, delivery notes, proforma invoices, expenses, expense reports, clients, suppliers or products, in total or over a period, and by status (overdue invoices, pending quotes…). And where a document stands, from its number.
Your activity in amounts
Sales for a period (excluding tax, including tax and collected), receivables and overdue invoices, top clients, expenses and indicative VAT. Sales and expenses are compared with the previous period, using the same calculations as the dashboard and the reports.
An in-depth analysis
A reading that combines several sources: which clients to follow up first, cash flow for the coming months, how your sales are changing. BilloBot gives the figures, their source and the screen where you can act, without claiming a cause the figures don't show.
- On the public website, BilloBot sees no account data.
- In the app, it only answers about what the signed-in member is allowed to view, and it changes nothing.
- VAT amounts are indicative: have them checked by your accountant before any filing.
Examples of questions to ask
These are example questions, not a real conversation. Questions about your account only work in the app, depending on your subscription.
- How do I create my first invoice?
- What's new in Billora?
- How many invoices are overdue?
- Where does invoice FA-2026-0042 stand?
- What are my sales this month compared with last month?
- Which clients should I follow up first?

- 4
Switch to the team if needed
"Write to the team" sends your request. The team replies by email during its working hours: BilloBot itself has no opening hours.
An automated assistant, not a person
BilloBot is an assistant based on artificial intelligence. It can make mistakes: for a tax or legal matter, have the answer checked by your accountant. Your question and excerpts from the help center are sent to our artificial intelligence provider, Anthropic (United States), solely to write the answer; in the app, the account information needed for the answer (a count, a status, an amount, a client's name) is sent too. Do not enter sensitive data (password, card number).
Read the privacy policyFrequently asked questions about BilloBot
Who is BilloBot?
BilloBot is Billora's automated assistant. It answers your questions about the software from the help center, 24/7, in French, English or Arabic, on the website, in the web app and in the mobile app.
Is BilloBot a real person?
No. It's an automated assistant based on artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes. To talk to a person, use "Write to the team" in the window: the team replies by email.
Does BilloBot answer at night and on weekends?
Yes, BilloBot answers 24/7. Only the team's working hours matter when you forward a request to it: the team replies during its working hours.
What does BilloBot see of my account?
Nothing on the public website: it sees no account data there. In the app, once you're signed in, it only reads what the signed-in member is allowed to view, and only the answers included in your subscription: document counts and the status of a document, activity amounts, or in-depth analysis.
Do the answers about my figures depend on my subscription?
Yes. Questions about using Billora are open to everyone. Answers about your account come in three levels (counts, amounts, analysis), included or not depending on your subscription. When an answer isn't included, BilloBot tells you and answers with what your subscription allows.
Where do BilloBot's figures come from?
From the same calculations as Billora's dashboard and reports: BilloBot doesn't compute anything on its own, states the period and cites the source of each figure. VAT remains indicative: have it checked by your accountant before any filing.
Can BilloBot change an invoice or send a reminder?
No. It reads and explains: it creates, changes and sends nothing. Reminders are sent from your invoices.
Is BilloBot available in the mobile app?
Yes. On a phone, tap the BilloBot button in the middle of the tab bar of the Billora mobile app: it gives the same answers as on the web.
Does BilloBot know Billora's latest features?
Yes. It knows the latest versions published in the Billora changelog and can present them to you. Ask it, for example, "What's new?".
What happens to my question?
Your question and excerpts from the help center are sent to our artificial intelligence provider, Anthropic (United States), solely to write the answer; in the app, the account information needed for the answer is sent too. Do not enter sensitive data. Details are in the privacy policy.
What happens if BilloBot doesn't know the answer?
It tells you so and offers to forward your request to the team: on the website, you give your name and email address, and the team replies by email.
