Frequently asked questions about pricing
Is the Starter plan really free forever?
Yes. The Starter plan is free with no time limit. You can use it indefinitely with 10 clients, 10 invoices per month and 1 user. No credit card required.
How can I upgrade to a higher plan?
From Settings → Subscription in your dashboard. The change takes effect immediately. Contact us for payment terms (bank transfer).
Are prices excl. or incl. VAT?
All displayed prices are excl. VAT. The applicable Moroccan VAT is added according to your tax situation.
Can I invite my accountant to my account?
Yes, on every plan, including the free plan: accountant access (read-only) does not count toward the number of users. To invite other members, you need a plan that includes several users. Available roles: administrator (full access except subscription), collaborator (creates and edits documents, settings read-only), accountant (read only: consultation, reports, exports) or viewer (consultation only).
What happens if I reach my plan limit?
Billora shows a clear message and offers to upgrade you to the higher plan. No action is blocked without your consent.
Is test data (sandbox mode) kept on activation?
On activation, test data (invoices, quotes, clients created in sandbox mode) is erased. Your configuration (products, company settings, team members) can be kept based on your choice.
Is DGI e-invoicing included in all plans?
Submission to the DGI portal will be available from the Pro plan. The authenticity QR code on PDFs is included in all plans, including Starter.
How does the Enterprise plan work?
The Enterprise plan is by quote and offers unlimited limits, a dedicated account, priority SLA and custom integrations. Contact us for a quote tailored to your organization.
