Purpose and acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Billora platform, an online invoicing SaaS solution designed specifically for Moroccan businesses, accountants and freelancers.
By creating an account or accessing the Services, the User acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these Terms without reservation. If the User does not accept these terms, they must refrain from using the Services.
Billora reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Account access and management
To access the Services, the User must create an account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information (name, professional email address, company name).
The User is solely responsible:
- for the confidentiality of their login credentials;
- for all actions performed from their account;
- for the accuracy of the legal information entered (ICE, IF, RC, TP, tax address).
Billora reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these Terms, provision of false information, or fraudulent use of the platform.
A single User may be invited to join several Tenants with distinct roles (owner, accountant, viewer). Each role confers specific access rights defined in the documentation.
Plans and pricing
Billora offers several subscription plans:

Billora reserves the right to modify its prices with 30 days' notice by email.
Test mode (Sandbox)
Every new account is automatically placed in test mode (sandbox) upon creation. This mode lets you explore all the platform's features with no commitment.
In test mode:
- All features are accessible with no plan restriction;
- A “TEST” watermark is applied to all generated PDF documents;
- Created data is clearly identified as test data;
- The duration is set by the Billora team (30 days by default, configurable).
When the account is activated in production mode, all test data is irreversibly deleted. Only the configuration (settings, products, team) can be kept based on the Client's choice at activation.
Intellectual property
The Billora platform, its interface, its source code, its algorithms, its trademarks and its graphic elements are the exclusive property of Yellow Ant Services SARL and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Client Data (invoices, clients, products, etc.) remains the exclusive property of the Client. Billora acquires no rights over this data, except for the technical needs of providing the Services.
It is prohibited to:
- reproduce, copy or extract the platform's source code;
- use the Billora trademarks or logos without prior written authorization;
- create derivative works based on the platform.
Limitation of liability
Billora implements all reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the platform. However, Billora cannot be held liable for:
- temporary interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or technical incidents;
- data loss resulting from incorrect use of the platform by the User;
- indirect damages, loss of revenue or commercial harm;
- the accuracy of tax calculations — the Client remains responsible for their returns to the DGI.
Billora's liability, if engaged, would in any event be limited to the amounts actually paid by the Client during the 12 months preceding the incident.
Termination
The Client can terminate their subscription at any time from their account settings (“Subscription” section). Termination takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.
In the event of non-payment or a serious breach of these Terms, Billora may suspend or terminate access to the Services with immediate effect, after a formal notice left unanswered for 15 days.
On the effective termination date, the Client's data is kept for 30 days, then permanently deleted. The Client is invited to export their data before termination.
Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
Billora acts as a processor for the data of the Client's clients, and as a controller for the account data (email, name, billing information).
Applicable law and disputes
