Liberal professionFee notesProfessional secrecy

Compliant fee notes, adapted to your profession.

Doctor, lawyer, architect, consultant: issue DGI-compliant fee notes respecting your profession's specificities — continuous numbering, RC/CNSS mentions, confidential wording.

Free Starter plan for life. 10 fee notes per month, no credit card.

What most liberal professions deal with today

Fee notes typed in Word, one by one

Each note rebuilt manually, approximate numbering, sometimes forgotten mentions. In case of inspection, the sequence is not defensible.

VAT (if applicable) unmanageable manually

Some professions are exempt, others aren't. Without a tool handling both cases, VAT filing becomes a monthly nightmare.

Accountant re-requesting the same documents each month

Without direct access to your fee notes, your accountant constantly bothers you. You lose precious time assisting them.

What Billora simplifies for a liberal profession

Compliant fee notes, managed VAT, confidential wording, direct accountant access.

Everything below is included in the free Starter plan.
DGI-compliant

Professional fee notes

Model adapted to liberal professions: "fee note" rather than "invoice", dedicated numbering, RC/CNSS mentions, VAT (or exemption) according to your regime.

Professional secrecy

Confidentiality of wording

For doctors and lawyers, wording can remain generic ("consultation", "legal assistance") without compromising details. You respect professional secrecy while issuing a valid note.

Tax

VAT (exemption or liability)

Some liberal professions are exempt (doctors, lawyers on certain acts), others aren't. Billora handles both cases and automatically generates the appropriate legal mentions.

DGI inspection

Continuous compliant numbering

Automatic sequence by year, impossible to have a gap or duplicate. In case of tax verification, continuity is proven.

Accountant

Direct access for your accountant

Invite your accountant by email, they access fee notes, expenses and VAT reports in read-only — without you having to send exports.

Simplicity

Email sending to client

Compliant PDF sent automatically to the patient / client / insured. Discreet payment reminders if the note remains unpaid.

Dr Omar Lahlou

“Before Billora, our fee notes were in Word and our secretary spent hours maintaining numbering, finding unpaid, preparing exports for the accountant. Now, everything is in one place, our accountant has direct access, and we've never had a gap in numbering again.”

Frequently asked questions

Is Billora suitable for doctors and health professionals?

Yes. You can issue fee notes with generic wording ("consultation", "medical act") to respect medical secrecy, while remaining compliant with DGI requirements. General practitioners and certain acts are VAT-exempt — Billora handles the exemption with the appropriate legal mention.

Can I invoice with or without VAT depending on the service?

Yes, line by line. You configure your profile (liable or exempt) and adjust each note as needed. Legal mentions appear automatically: "VAT not applicable — Art. 91 CGI" for exemptions, or the detail by rate if liable.

How to respect professional secrecy in my notes?

You are free with the line wording. For a lawyer, "legal consultation" or "assistance file no. XX-2026" is enough — without detail of the substance. For a doctor, "consultation" or "medical act" rather than a diagnosis. Billora imposes no sensitive detail.

Can my accountant access my notes directly?

Yes, and it's free for them (included in your subscription). You invite them by email with the "Accountant" role: they access fee notes, expenses, VAT reports and fiscal exports in read-only — without being able to modify anything.

Can I manage multiple practitioners in the same firm?

Yes, from the Pro plan (3 users) or Business (10 users). Each practitioner issues their own fee notes, with their own numbering if needed. Ideal for a partnership.

How much does Billora cost for a liberal profession?

The Starter plan is free for life: 10 patients/clients, 10 notes per month. A low-volume practitioner can stay on it indefinitely. The Pro plan (99 MAD/month) unlocks 200 patients and 100 notes/month. Business (199 MAD/month) for firms with multiple partners.
