Manage all your client files from a single Billora account.
Your clients invite you, you accept — and their firms appear in your menu. Switch files in one click. Prepare VAT returns and export accounting data without leaving Billora.
Free for you. As an invited accountant, your access is included in your clients' subscription. You pay nothing.
What most accountants experience today
Juggling your clients' credentials
Each client gives you access to their software with their own credentials. The result: 10 tabs, 10 passwords, 10 exports to consolidate.
Spending hours on VAT exports
Manually downloading Excel exports, reformatting them, totaling them — for each client, every month. Repetitive work that adds no value.
Lack of visibility into the data
You have to ask your client for an extract to see the real state of their file. No real-time view, no proactive alerts.
What Billora offers you as an accountant
A complete read-only view of your clients' data and tools built for your profession (VAT reports, fiscal exports), without the administrator's responsibilities.
Multi-firm: one account, several clients
Your client invites you by email. You accept, and their firm appears in your menu. Switch files in one click from the navigation bar — without logging out.
Dedicated accountant role
Read-only access to all business data (invoices, quotes, credit notes, expenses, payments) and reports — without being able to modify documents or sensitive settings (team, subscription, SMTP). Built for consultation and accounting review.
VAT reports ready to file
Period-by-period VAT report, broken down by rate (20%, 14%, 10%, 7%, exempt), by debit/cash regime. PDF or Excel export in one click.
Fiscal ZIP export
Export all invoices and data for a fiscal year in a single structured ZIP file — ready for bookkeeping or DGI submission.
Sequence continuity
Automatically check for gaps in your client's invoice numbering. Immediate anomaly report if a break is detected.
Access to all invoices and expenses
View, filter and export your client's invoices, credit notes, expenses and purchase orders in real time. No more requesting an export.

Your client handles the invitation. All you have to do is accept.
Your client invites you

You accept the invitation
You receive an invitation email. If you already have a Billora account, you accept directly — no new password to create.
The firm appears in your menu
On your next login, a selector offers all your client firms. Switch files at any time from the top bar.
Prepare returns, export data
Access VAT reports, export the fiscal ZIP, check sequence continuity — for each client, without leaving Billora.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay a subscription to access my clients' accounts?
No. As an invited accountant, you access your clients' data via their own Billora subscription. You don't need to subscribe to a paid plan yourself.
Can my clients see my other files?
No. Isolation is total. Each client only sees their own data. Your list of firms is visible only to you.
What happens if a client cancels their Billora subscription?
Your access to their space is automatically revoked. The firm disappears from your selector. Your other accesses are not affected.
Can I create or modify invoices for my clients?
No. The accountant role is read-only: you view invoices, quotes, credit notes, expenses and payments, you generate VAT reports and export fiscal data, but creating and modifying documents remains the client's responsibility (owner or administrator). It's designed this way for a clear separation of responsibilities.
Is the accountant role available on all plans?
The multi-user feature (inviting members) is available from the Pro plan. Your client must be on a plan that allows inviting collaborators.
