What most Moroccan restaurateurs deal with today
Event invoices in pen on a notebook
The business client asks for a real invoice, you have to redo it clean at night. Delays, omissions, ICE sometimes missing — you lose B2B clients.
10% / 20% VAT impossible to track manually
On-site = 10%, takeaway = 20%, alcohol = 20%. Multiplied by 200 tickets per day, VAT filing becomes hell.
Catering deposits forgotten or badly tracked
A 50,000 MAD wedding with 3 staggered deposits = 3 chances to make a mistake. Without a tool, you overbill or underbill.
What Billora simplifies for a restaurateur
Quick invoices for B2B clients, multi-rate VAT, tracked catering deposits, supplier purchases.
Quick B2B invoices
Issue an invoice for a business in 2 minutes: ICE, IF, RC, VAT, mandatory mentions. PDF sending by email. No more handwritten invoices that tarnish your image.
Multi-rate VAT managed
10% for on-site service, 20% for takeaway or alcohol, exemption for export: each line its rate. VAT report automatically broken down by rate for filing.
Catering & event deposits
Quote for an event, deposit invoice on booking (often 30%), intermediate at D-30, final on delivery. Total invoiced tracked automatically vs the quote.
Supplier purchases (market, butcher…)
Record your supplier expenses to prepare the IS/IR filing: market, butcher, drinks, equipment. Matching with received invoices.
Internal purchase order (wedding, banquet)
For a major wedding or seminar, structure a quote in sections (starter, main, dessert, drinks, service…). Convertible to deposit or final invoice.
All restaurant legal mentions
ICE, IF, RC, patente, VAT: everything pre-filled once. Every invoice issued by Billora complies with DGI requirements for Moroccan restaurants.

“We did lots of events for businesses, but our invoices were typed by hand in Word — no ICE, no legal mentions. We lost 2 big clients who demanded compliant invoices. With Billora, every invoice comes out clean in 5 min and our VAT filing takes an hour instead of a day.”
Frequently asked questions
How to handle VAT at different rates on the same invoice?
Each line of an invoice has its own VAT rate. On a mixed invoice (e.g. on-site meals at 10% + alcohol at 20%), Billora automatically displays the breakdown by rate in the invoice footer — that's mandatory in Morocco.
Can I invoice an event in multiple deposits?
Yes. You create a quote for the event, generate a deposit invoice on booking (e.g. 30%), an intermediate at D-30 (e.g. 40%), the final invoice on day D (e.g. 30%). Billora tracks the total invoiced vs the quote to avoid any overrun.
Does Billora integrate with a cash register?
Not yet. Billora is currently designed for your B2B invoices (businesses, catering, events) and your supplier purchases. Cash register integration (Sinca, Cegid, Sunday…) is planned in the medium term.
How to manage suppliers (market, butcher, wine cellar)?
You register each supplier (identified or not), and each expense (purchase invoice) linked. Expense report by category and period, deductible VAT automatically calculated — useful for your IS/IR filing.
Can I send an invoice via WhatsApp to a client?
Yes. Billora generates a downloadable link to the invoice PDF, which you share on WhatsApp. Much more used than email in Morocco, especially with individuals.
How much does Billora cost for a restaurant?
Free Starter is fine if you do few B2B invoices (<10/month). Once you have an active catering service or lots of events, the Pro plan (99 MAD/month, 100 invoices/month) is the best choice. Business (199 MAD/month) for large establishments or chains.
