Archiving throughout your subscription
Each validated invoice is securely archived for as long as you are subscribed. The law requires the company to keep its invoices for 10 years (Article 211 of the General Tax Code): export them at any time (UBL, PDF, QR, integrity manifest) for your own archive.
Immutable storage
Archived documents cannot be modified: the integrity hash and timestamp prove they are intact.
Integrity hash (SHA-256)
A cryptographic fingerprint is computed for each document: any alteration is immediately detectable.
Timestamping & traceability
Submission date, DGI reference and status are kept with each invoice for a complete audit trail.
Search & consultation
Find any archived invoice by number, client or period, at any time.
Fiscal year export
Export an entire fiscal year in a structured ZIP (PDFs, audit manifest, CSV data) for your accountant or an audit.
What if I leave?
You request the closure of your account: you keep read-only access (60 days by default) to export everything, then your data is permanently deleted. Export your invoices beforehand: their 10-year legal retention is your responsibility.
