What most Moroccan e-commerce merchants deal with today
One manual invoice per order, every day
50 orders = 50 invoices to copy-paste into Word. No numbering control, no clear trail for the accountant.
VAT collected at mixed rates, unmanageable
20%, 14%, 7%, exempt: each product has its rate, each order its total. Without a dedicated tool, VAT filing becomes hell.
Stock that constantly falls out of sync
In-store sale, online sale, customer return… your real stock no longer matches what the site shows. You sell what you no longer have.
What Billora simplifies for an e-commerce merchant
Product catalog, bulk invoicing, multi-rate VAT ready to file, and centralized stock tracking.
Centralized product catalog
Each product has its card: HT price, VAT rate, SKU code, stock. Used in invoices, quotes and purchase orders — never re-enter anything.
Bulk invoicing
Import today's orders from a Shopify, WooCommerce or manual CSV — Billora generates compliant invoices in one pass. A month of orders processed in 5 minutes.
Multi-rate VAT ready to file
VAT report broken down by rate (20%, 14%, 10%, 7%, exempt), automatically calculated from your sales. PDF or Excel export for your monthly/quarterly filing.
Real-time stock tracking
Each invoice automatically decrements stock. Alerts when a product falls below a threshold. Manual adjustments for inventories or breakage.
Integrated delivery notes
Generate a delivery note for each shipment, reuse its lines for the invoice. Full traceability between order, shipment and invoicing.
DGI e-invoicing 2026 compatibility
E-commerce will be affected from the first waves of the reform. Billora is already ready: UBL 2.1 signing, DGI submission, secure archiving and full export for your 10-year legal retention.

Karim Amrani
Online cosmetics store — Casablanca
“We did 40 to 60 orders per day and I spent my evenings retyping invoices. With Billora, I export the morning's orders CSV, import into Billora and all my invoices are issued in 3 minutes. My VAT filing takes 10 minutes instead of a day.”
Frequently asked questions
Does Billora integrate directly with Shopify or WooCommerce?
For now, Billora accepts manual CSV import from any e-commerce back-office (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Sylius…). A native integration (webhooks) is planned in the medium term, starting with WooCommerce. CSV import already covers 95% of cases.
How do I handle orders with products at different VAT rates?
Each line of an invoice can have its own VAT rate. Billora automatically calculates the breakdown by rate and displays it in the invoice footer (mandatory in Morocco for mixed invoices). Your VAT report aggregates everything on the chosen period.
Can I manage multiple warehouses (physical store + e-commerce warehouse)?
Yes, from the Business plan. You define multiple warehouses, each product has stock per warehouse, each sale decrements the shipping warehouse. Internal transfers tracked. On Starter/Pro plans, stock is global (single logical warehouse).
What happens for returns and credit notes?
Each invoice can be credited in one click: total credit, partial credit, commercial gesture, or actual refund. The stock of the returned product is automatically re-incremented. Your VAT report reflects the net (sales – credits) correctly.
Does the 2026 DGI e-invoicing reform apply to my e-commerce?
Progressively, yes. Moroccan businesses will be affected in waves, B2C sellers too. Billora is already ready for UBL 2.1 signing and DGI portal submission — you won't have to change your habits when the day comes.
How much does Billora cost for e-commerce?
Free Starter (10 invoices/month) lets you start. Once your store passes ~5 orders/day, the Pro plan at 99 MAD/month (100 invoices/month, 200 products, 3 warehouses) becomes the best choice. Beyond that, the Business plan (199 MAD/month, 500 invoices/month, unlimited catalog, 15 warehouses) covers established stores.
