The company
General Security Services (GSS) is the official distributor of the AMC Elettronica and Asenware brands in Morocco: intrusion alarm and fire detection systems. From its showroom in Casablanca, the company sells to installers, businesses and individuals, with installation on request.
95% of its customers are businesses. Three people handle quotes and invoices, both at the office and on the move.
The problem
Before Billora, GSS produced its quotes and invoices with another software. Documents lacked clarity, payments were not tracked and the company had no overall view of its figures.
Mandatory details (ICE, IF, RC) and VAT were a recurring problem.
Reminders to late-paying customers were sent by hand, and they were often forgotten. For the accountant, invoices were printed and then sent by courier.
What changed with Billora
GSS switched to Billora in July 2026 and brought over its invoices going back to April 2025. All invoicing now happens there: quotes turned into invoices, payment tracking, automatic reminders and reports.
The team works on a computer at the office and switches to the mobile app when on the move.
The biggest change is reminders: they go out automatically, without anyone having to think about them. “It's thanks to the reminders: before, we used to forget,” the manager sums up, talking about his customers' payment times.
« With Billora, we're freed from repetitive tasks so we can focus on our core business, and the reports give us a clear view of our activity. We're professional now. »
