What is the portfolio for?
If your e-mail address is attached to several companies with the Comptable (accountant) role, the « Mes entreprises » page gathers them in a single table. For each one you see at a glance whether the previous month is reviewed, whether VAT is filed, how many documents need your attention and what the estimated gross result of the month is. An Ouvrir (Open) button takes you to the company's Accountant space.
Example. Fatima Zahra, a chartered accountant in Rabat, follows eleven companies. On Monday morning she opens « Mes entreprises », filters on TVA non déclarée (VAT not filed) and handles the two companies concerned first, before moving on to those with documents « À revoir » (to review).
The indicators are calculated from the data entered in Billora. Billora is not accounting software and keeps no period lock: the figures are indicative and should be checked in each company's file.
1. Who sees the table, and which companies appear in it?
- A company appears in the table if you have the Comptable role there, you have accepted the invitation, your access is active and, if it is temporary, not expired.
- Companies where you are owner, administrator, collaborator or viewer do not appear: you find them in the « Choisir un compte » screen and in the account selector.
- Demo companies and the platform's own company never appear.
- The list is re-read on every load: if a company withdraws or disables your access, it disappears from the table on the next load.
- The table shows at most 200 companies (alphabetical order). Beyond that, the banner « Votre portefeuille dépasse 200 entreprises : seules les 200 premières (par nom) sont affichées. » appears.
Where to find it
- In the menu, group Comptabilité → Mes entreprises: the entry only appears if you are the accountant of at least two companies.
- In the Accountant space, the Mes entreprises button (same conditions).
- On the « Choisir un compte » screen, the Vue portefeuille (vos entreprises en tant que comptable) link.
The portfolio only exists on the website (not in the mobile app) and is not available while Billora's administration has taken control of your account.
2. What does each column mean?
Entreprise
The company name, with the mention (actuelle) for the one you are currently working in. A company scheduled for deletion shows Suppression programmée le followed by the date: its indicators are still calculated, in read-only mode. A company whose subscription is suspended or terminated shows Abonnement suspendu ou résilié (its indicators are still calculated). A company whose rights group does not open its Accountant space to you is listed with Accès restreint par l'entreprise, without indicators, and its Ouvrir button is disabled. A change of rights or access decided by the company applies from the next load of the table.
Revue de [previous month]
Billora has no period lock: this column tells you where the accountant review of the previous month stands (for example « Revue de septembre 2026 »).
| Display | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Clôturé | All invoices and expenses of the month (drafts excluded; cancelled documents count) are in the Validé state. A document modified since its approval is no longer counted as approved. |
| En cours (66 %) | Only part of the month's documents is approved; the percentage is the share of approved documents (rounded down). Hover over the badge to see « n document(s) validé(s) sur N ». |
| Aucun document | No non-draft invoice or expense in that month. |
| Calcul incomplet | This company's review could not be calculated in the allotted time (see section 4). |
TVA
| Display | Meaning |
|---|---|
| À jour | A VAT return that is submitted or validated in Billora fully covers the previous filing period (the month or the quarter, depending on the frequency set by the company). A draft does not count. |
| Non déclarée | No submitted or validated return covers that period in Billora. No legal deadline is coded: Billora never says "late". |
| Non assujetti | The company is exempt from VAT. |
| Périodicité non renseignée | The company has not set its filing frequency: Billora does not guess the period. |
The status only reflects the returns entered in Billora; a return filed on the tax authority's portal but not recorded in Billora appears as « Non déclarée ».
En attente
A text such as 12 à revoir · 2 à corriger · 3 justificatifs, or Rien en attente:
- à revoir (to review): the same number as the « À revoir » badge in the review header (documents never reviewed, modified since their review, or on which the team replied or reported a correction), for the current and the previous financial year;
- à corriger (to correct): the correction requests you made that are still waiting for the team;
- justificatifs (receipts): the expenses of the current month (drafts and cancelled ones excluded) without an attachment, whatever the amount — the same rule as Missing receipts.
A + sign after a number means the reading cap (5,000 documents per type) is reached: the real figure is at least that.
Résultat brut estimé (current month)
Net sales excluding VAT after credit notes, minus net expenses excluding VAT after supplier credit notes, for the current month. Same conventions as the Accountant space: drafts and cancelled documents are excluded, each credit note is deducted on its issue date. It is an estimated gross result, excluding entries not recorded in Billora; it does not calculate VAT.
3. Using the table
- Open Comptabilité → Mes entreprises.
- The default sort puts first the companies whose VAT is not filed, then those with to-correct requests, then documents to review, then the others in alphabetical order.
- Type in Rechercher une entreprise… (case- and accent-insensitive) or choose a filter: Toutes les entreprises, TVA non déclarée, Documents en attente, Mois non clôturé (companies « En cours »).
- Click Ouvrir on the row you want: Billora switches to that company and opens its Accountant space. The button shows a loading indicator and the other rows are disabled during the switch.
- To come back to the table, use Comptabilité → Mes entreprises again: the entry stays available as long as you are the accountant of at least two companies.
On a phone, each company is shown as a card with the same information.
4. Freshness of the figures, "Actualiser" and incomplete calculation
- The figures are cached for 2 minutes: the footer states « Calculé le … (mise à jour toutes les 2 minutes au plus). ».
- The Actualiser (Refresh) button recalculates immediately. It is limited to 6 refreshes every 5 minutes; beyond that: « Trop d'actualisations, réessayez dans quelques minutes. »
- The review calculation is sequential and limited to 20 seconds for the whole portfolio. If the time is exceeded, the remaining companies show Calcul incomplet and a banner explains it: « La revue de certaines entreprises n'a pas pu être calculée dans le temps imparti (« Calcul incomplet »). Cliquez sur « Actualiser » pour relancer le calcul. »
5. Common error messages
| Message | Cause and solution |
|---|---|
| Impossible d'ouvrir cette entreprise : votre accès a peut-être été retiré. Actualisez la liste. | The company has withdrawn or disabled your access in the meantime. Click « Actualiser ». |
| Impossible de charger vos entreprises. Réessayez. | Connection problem or temporary error: click « Réessayer ». |
| Indisponible pendant une prise de contrôle du compte par l'administration. | The portfolio is never shown while Billora's administration has taken control of an account (support). |
Frequently asked questions
Why doesn't one of my companies appear?
Check that you have the Comptable role there (not collaborator or viewer), that you have accepted the invitation received by e-mail, that your access is not disabled and, if it is temporary, that it has not expired. Ask the company owner in Paramètres › Équipe.
What does the table say if I am not the accountant of any company?
« Aucune entreprise dans votre portefeuille — Vous n'êtes expert-comptable d'aucune entreprise sur Billora. Demandez à votre client de vous inviter avec le rôle « Comptable » depuis Paramètres › Équipe, puis acceptez l'invitation. »
Does « Clôturé » mean the period is locked?
No. Billora locks no period: « Clôturé » only means that all documents of the previous month are approved in the review. The company can still modify those documents, which puts them back to « À revoir ».
VAT shows « Non déclarée » although I filed on the tax portal.
The table reads the returns recorded in Billora (submitted or validated). Have the company record the return in Billora, or check it in the tax portal: the status is indicative and must be confirmed with the tax authority.
Do my colleagues at the firm see my table?
The table is specific to your user account: it lists the companies where your e-mail address has the Comptable role. It only shows totals, never the detail nor the names of those companies' customers or suppliers.
Can I modify data from the table?
No, the table is read-only. The external accountant stays read-only in each company; they use the accountant review to approve or request a correction.
