Why start here?

Your company information feeds all your PDFs: the header, the footer and the bank details. Entering it once and for all guarantees complete documents from the very first invoice.

Example. Yassine has just opened a carpentry workshop in Meknès. Before his first invoice, he opens Paramètres → Informations (Settings → Information), fills in his company name, ICE, IF, RC and address, adds his bank account and saves. His invoices then come out with all of this, without him having to think about it.

Open the page

In the menu, open Paramètres → Informations. The page is split into cards: Informations légales (Legal information), Coordonnées (Contact details), Adresse (Address), Compte bancaire sur les documents (Bank account on documents), Apparence (Appearance), Valeurs par défaut des documents (Document defaults), Options d'affichage sur les documents (Display options on documents) and Documents administratifs (Administrative documents). Click « Enregistrer les modifications » (Save changes) at the bottom of the page (message « Modifications enregistrées avec succès. » (Changes saved successfully.)).

Who can edit?

The owner and the administrators can edit this page. Collaborators and readers can view it without being able to edit it; the external accountant has no access to it (see Roles and permissions).

Legal information

FieldDescription
Raison sociale (Company name) *The only required field: the company name as it should appear on your documents.
Forme juridique (Legal form), Capital social (Share capital)SARL, SA, sole proprietor… and capital, repeated in the footer.
ICE (15 chiffres) (ICE (15 digits))Identifiant Commun de l'Entreprise (Common Company Identifier). The information icon explains where to find it on your certificate.
Identifiant Fiscal (IF) (Tax identifier)Your tax identifier.
Registre de Commerce (RC) (Trade register)Your trade register number.
Taxe Professionnelle (TP) (Business tax) and CNSSYour business tax and CNSS numbers.

Billora does not block saving if ICE, IF or RC are empty, but these mentions identify your company on your invoices: fill them in. The details on the ICE (requirement, where to find it) are in Is the ICE mandatory?.

Locked information

If you enable DGI e-invoicing, this data is certified and can no longer be edited: the page shows « Informations verrouillées » (Locked information) and invites you to contact Billora support for any correction. Check it before enabling.

Contact details and address

  • Coordonnées: Téléphone fixe (Landline), Mobile / GSM, Email professionnel (Business email), Site web (Website).
  • Adresse: Adresse (Address), Ville (City), Code postal (Postal code), Pays (Country).

This information, with your legal identifiers and your bank account, makes up the automatic footer of your documents (see Customise your documents).

Bank account on documents

Bank details appear on your PDFs so that your customers know where to pay. The « Compte bancaire sur les documents » card lists your accounts: click the one to display, it becomes the « Par défaut » (Default) account.

  1. If there is no account, click « Ajouter un compte bancaire » (Add a bank account), or open Paramètres → Comptes bancaires (Settings → Bank accounts) then « Ajouter » (Add).
  2. In the « Nouveau compte bancaire » (New bank account) form, enter a Libellé (Label) (required, for example « Compte courant » (Current account)), the Banque (Bank), the RIB, the IBAN and the SWIFT / BIC.
  3. Tick « Compte par défaut » (Default account) if it is the one to print on documents, then « Enregistrer » (Save).

The number of bank accounts may be limited depending on your subscription.

Logo, default texts and options

  • Apparence: the company logo (upload). Its size and position are set in Paramètres → Modèle de facture (Settings → Invoice template).
  • Valeurs par défaut des documents: terms texts pre-filled in your invoices, quotes and purchase orders, footer preview and general terms of sale (CGV).
  • Options d'affichage: stamp, signature and « Payé » (Paid) stamp, depending on your subscription.
  • Documents administratifs: a space to keep your legal documents (RC, certificates, RIB…).

All these points are detailed in Customise your documents.

Numbering of your documents

Each document receives an automatic number, for example FA-2026-0001 for an invoice: a prefix, the year, then a counter. You set this in Paramètres → Numérotation (Settings → Numbering).

  • Préfixes des documents (Document prefixes): one prefix per type. By default: FA (invoices), DE (quotes), FP (proforma invoices), AV (credit notes), BC (purchase orders), BL (delivery notes), BR (purchase receipts), DEP (expenses). The purchase receipt prefix appears only if this feature is available on your subscription.
  • Longueur du numéro (Number length), Remise à zéro (Reset) (every year, every month or never) and Séparateur (Separator) (hyphen, underscore or dot).
Good to know

Numbering customisation depends on your subscription: if it is not included, the page indicates the plan from which it is available. An assigned number is never reused.
