What is it for?

Does your accountant ask you for the list of your collections and supplier payments? Billora gives it to you in a CSV file, which you open in Excel or which your accounting software imports.

Example: "Cabinet Alaoui", a chartered accountant, is preparing the quarterly return of "Pharmacie du Centre". The pharmacy sends them the CSV of all its payments so they can tick off each line against the bank statement.

Export the payment history

  1. In the menu, open Paramètres → Import / Export (Settings → Import / Export).
  2. Scroll down to the Export des données (Data export) block: one row per type of data (clients, suppliers, invoices, quotes, expenses, payments).
  3. On the Paiements (Payments) row ("Historique complet des paiements reçus et effectués", i.e. complete history of payments received and made), click CSV.
  4. The file downloads under the name payments-YYYY-MM-DD.csv.

If the export is not included in your subscription, the row displays a padlock and the name of the plan from which it is available (read dynamically, it follows your configuration).

What the file contains

ColumnContent
DatePayment date
Sens (Direction)"Encaissement" (Collection) (client) or "Décaissement" (Disbursement) (supplier)
Mode de paiement (Payment method)Transfer, cheque, cash, card…
Montant (DH) (Amount)Payment amount
Référence (Reference)Your reference (transfer no., cheque no…)
Documents liés (Linked documents)The invoices or expenses settled
Client / FournisseurThe third party concerned
Annulé le (Cancelled on) / Motif d'annulation (Cancellation reason)Filled in only for a cancelled payment
Good to know

The export includes all payments received and made, without cancelled payments. To keep only a part (a period, a client), filter the file afterwards in Excel using the "Date" or "Sens" column.

File too big?

Beyond 50,000 rows, the direct export is refused with a message pointing you to "Exporter toutes mes données" (Export all my data) (same page), which prepares a complete ZIP archive: all your payments, but also clients, invoices, supporting documents, etc.

An export with PDF and Excel: the bank reconciliation

To compare your collections and disbursements for a period with your bank statement, open Rapports → Rapprochement bancaire (Reports → Bank reconciliation) (if the subscription includes it). Choose the "Du" (From) and "Au" (To) dates: the two columns Encaissements and Décaissements are displayed side by side, and the PDF, Excel and CSV buttons export the period. The PDF and Excel exports are separate features, which may depend on your subscription; the application then tells you which plan includes them.

Frequently asked questions

I cannot find an "Exporter" button on the Payments page.

That is normal: the export is done from Paramètres → Import / Export. The Payments page lets you filter, sort and choose the columns to display, not download.

The file opens badly in Excel (accents, columns stuck together).

Use "Data → From Text/CSV" in Excel and choose the UTF-8 encoding, rather than double-clicking the file.

Can I export only the collections?

Export everything, then filter the "Sens" column on "Encaissement".

Who can export?

Users who have access to the Import / Export page, if the export is included in the subscription. Downloading the complete archive is reserved to the owner and administrators.
