What is it for?

Your business evolves: more clients, a growing team, or on the contrary a more modest need. You can request at any time a plan change, a cycle change (monthly or annual) or the cancellation of your subscription.

Example. Hassan, manager of a small transport company in Tangier, regularly hits the monthly invoice cap. He requests a higher plan; as soon as the team has applied it, the limit goes up and he can keep invoicing.

Changes are handled with the Billora team

For now there is no "change plan" button or online payment in the app: the Plan & Facturation (Plan & Billing) page states "Les changements de plan sont gérés manuellement." (Plan changes are handled manually.)

1. Request a plan change

  1. Open Paramètres → Plan & Facturation (Settings → Plan & Billing) (reserved for the owner and administrators).
  2. In the Tous les plans (All plans) table, compare the offers. Your current plan is highlighted.
  3. Click Nous contacter (Contact us), in the "Vous souhaitez changer de plan ?" (Want to change plan?) banner. Your mail client opens with a pre-filled email to contact@billora.ma (subject "Demande de changement de plan", Plan change request).
  4. Specify the plan you want and, if you wish, the cycle (monthly or annual), then send.
  5. The team applies the change. You receive a "Changement de plan appliqué" (Plan change applied) email that states the old and new plan, and the change appears in your activity log ("Plan modifié (admin)", Plan changed (admin)).

You then see the result in Plan & Facturation: new plan name, new limits on the usage bars, new features in the table.

Good to know

Compare before requesting: the "Tous les plans" table is the only authority for limits and features. A "more expensive" plan does not necessarily contain everything that is in a cheaper plan: the current configuration decides.

2. Move to a higher plan

As soon as the team has applied the change, your new limits and features apply. Your data does not move: nothing to re-enter or migrate. Prices and billing terms (due date, period extension…) are those agreed with the team; the rate displayed in Plan & Facturation updates.

3. Move to a lower plan

A plan downgrade never deletes your data, but it reduces what you can do:

  • If you exceed a new limit (for example more clients than the cap), your existing items remain viewable, but you can no longer create any while you are above the cap. You then see the "Limite atteinte" (Limit reached) box.
  • Features that are no longer included are hidden or greyed out with the message "disponible à partir du plan…" (available starting from the plan…). Your settings are not erased: they are ignored (including on PDFs) and reactivate if the feature returns.

Before downgrading, check the Utilisation (Usage) section to make sure you stay under the limits of the target plan.

4. Change the cycle (monthly or annual)

Same procedure: ask the team via Nous contacter. The Plan & Facturation page reminds you that annual billing offers "2 mois offerts" (2 months free).

5. Cancel your subscription

  1. Write to the team from Nous contacter (or to contact@billora.ma) asking for cancellation.
  2. The team cancels the subscription. You receive an email "Votre abonnement Billora est annulé" (Your Billora subscription is cancelled) and the status becomes Annulé (Cancelled).
  3. Access to your workspace is then closed: you can no longer log in to work.
Export your data before cancelling

Once access is closed, you can no longer download your documents yourself. Do the full export beforehand: Paramètres → Import / Export → Exporter toutes mes données (Settings → Import / Export → Export all my data). Your accounting records must indeed be kept for 10 years by your company.

Cancelling does not delete your data

Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are two distinct things. For your data to be erased, an account deletion request is needed: see How do I delete my account?. This request is made from Paramètres → Gestion du compte (Settings → Account management), reserved for the owner.

Frequently asked questions

Is the change immediate?

It applies as soon as the team has recorded it; you are informed by email. Specify your request in advance if a deadline is near.

Who can request a change?

The account owner and administrators have access to the page. Read-only colleagues see it without being able to act.

Can I go back?

Yes, a new plan change is requested the same way. Your data was not touched by the previous one.

Where do I find my subscription invoices?

See Your subscription invoices.
